Platform of the State Sovereignty Party: The SSP
Preamble
The great truth established that the Constitution of the United States is a compact between sovereign states. The government of the United States is strictly a federal government. Each state has the right for themselves to judge of infractions as well as the mode and measure of redress. The right of the each state to withdraw from the Union upon breach of the compact by other parties to it springs from the very nature of our founding government.
Article 1 Purpose
Section 1
The sole purpose of the State Sovereignty Party is to reestablish true republics in the United States of America.
All other objectives are considered supplementary.
Article 2 Paths
Section 1
The SSP has divided its objectives into three paths: Path 1: Restoration of Republic Character, Path 2: Peaceful Balkanization, and Path 3: 1776 Commences Again.

The SSP's primary objective is Path 2: Peaceful Balkanization.
States may secede from the United States of America by the same means as they acceded to it.
Section 3

Path 1 is considered a necessary endeavor.
Section 4

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants."
"Where and when did freedom exist when the power of the sword and purse were given up from the people?"
"I know not what others may choose, as for me, give me liberty or give me death."
Section 5
Termination of the party occurs after completion of the restorations of true republics to the United States.
Once self-rule is regained, all party organizations will be dissolved.
